A Stoke Newington office has won a prestigious award, thanks to its innovative interior.

Location Location won Best Office Design UK in the International Property Awards for its Matteo Bianchi-designed interior scheme, which has a sumptuously tactile feature wall.

The design successfully combines nature with the latest technology for a mix of styles that feels effortless and seamless – perfect for a welcoming and relaxing estate agency.

The neutral hues keep this design slick, with pattern on the brown wood and grey diecast concrete adding an illusion of raw texture. The luxurious sheepskin chairs add some subtle cool tones to the design, while the rectangular shaping adds definition and professionalism.

However, the absolute standout feature of this office has to be the striking feature wall at the back of the office, which takes the trend for living walls and makes it fit for an office environment. Complete with inbuilt irrigation and an artificial sun lamp to keep it fresh and green, the foliage offers so much soft texture and gives the office depth and personality.

The light and natural space is completed by sleek Macs, which complement the tables, and gorgeously delicate pendant lighting, which continues the straight line motif and provides some understated glamour.
