Inside Awards Reveal Shortlist

The shortlist for the 2014 Inside Awards has been revealed, celebrating the best interior design projects of the past year.

The international awards have attracted nominations from twenty one countries all over the world, including New Zealand and Vietnam.

The interiors, which are in the running to win ‘World Interior of the Year’ as well as their individual categories, include Christopher’s,

Covent Garden by De Matos Ryan.

Christopher’s Martini Bar has simple but distinctive lighting fixtures that carry the geometric patterns of the striking feature wall through the room.

The restaurant uses gold touches against matte blue walls – a sophisticated theme which gives Christopher’s a strong identity, completed by accents of plum and deep red.

This interior is totally on-trend with its fascinating combination of contrasting textures, an important aspect to bear in mind with any design – which is why many of our wallcoverings are multidimensional.  Other interior projects that have been shortlisted include:

The Chapel, Vietnam by a21studio

Architecture Factory, Ireland by Marc O’Riain & Neil Tobin

Dalarna Media Library, Sweden by ADEPT

The awards will take place as part of the Inside World Festival of Interiors in October; find out more about the shortlist here and good luck to all of the stunning nominations.
