Muraspec Wallcoverings At Hotel Jerbourg, Guernsey.

Hotel Jerbourg in Guernsey recently tasked our Account Coordinator, Carol Graham, to fulfil their visual and functional requirements for their wallcoverings.

Considered one of Guernsey’s most popular hotels in the Channel Islands, Hotel Jerbourg offers panoramic sea views, a swimming pool, a welcoming bar, cliff top coffee shop and a superb internationally renowned restaurant.

For their project, Hotel Jerbourg selected Carol’s recommended wallcovering, ‘Anafi’ (BM-61527627), known for its sustainable water-based ink, fire rating certification, and acoustic sound absorption properties. ‘Anafi‘ is a decorative polyester-backed foam vinyl wallcovering that offers acoustic sound absorption benefits, making it suitable for a variety of interiors such as offices, hospitals, clinics, retirement homes, hotels, restaurants, and theatres, where minimising sound reverberation is essential.

Our ‘Anafi’ range utilises water-based inks across its 20 colourways and achieves sound absorption with a coefficient of 0.4 at 3300Hz – αw = 0.15. Additionally, it holds a Euroclass C S3 D0 certification and has received a Class A pass for ASTM E84 fire rating certification.

Our grey colourway (BM-61527627) was selected and installed throughout the reception area, corridors, and staircase of Hotel Jerbourg. Special thanks to Ian Whittaker from ‘I Whittaker Decorating Services’, who helped with the installation process.
