You should complete all areas on the form:
Address information
Billing address
Enter the details of where the invoice should be sent, together with a contact name.
Delivery address
Enter where you want the digital image delivered. If delivery address is the same as the billing address, please tick the box on the form. Please ensure you supply a contact name and telephone number in case of delivery queries. A mobile number is often best.
Date of order
The form will automatically enter the current date.
Date Required
The form will automatically fill in the date 4 weeks on from the current date. It is possible to change this to a later date manually. If you require the image earlier than 4 weeks from order date you should contact us, preferably by phone on 08705 117 118 (lines are open Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm.)
There are two images available; TONE ON TONE and GREEN.
The default order form is the Tone on Tone order form.

Installation
Select whether you want Muraspec to install your image or not. If you select YES then someone from our team will contact you to arrange a site visit. We will then take care of everything regarding installation including adhesive choice. NOTE WE REQUIRE 4 WEEKS NOTICE FOR US TO INSTAL YOUR IMAGE. The form will provide you with an estimated installation date which is subject to confirmation by our installation team. See the installation service guide for more information.
Adhesive (NOTE, YOU ONLY NEED TO DO THIS IF MURASPEC ARE NOT INSTALLING THE IMAGE FOR YOU)
Select whether you want us to supply adhesive with the order. If you are going to have the image installed by your own installers rather than Muraspec’s it would be advisable for them to contact us so we can be sure we send the correct adhesive. It is important to use Muraspec adhesive as it has been designed to work with our wallcovering. We will be unable to resolve any site issues should another adhesive be used. In addition the fire certificate could be invalidated.
Validation
The form will prompt you with advice as you go, highlighting any errors as you leave a box. However, we recommend that you click the "Validate" button prior to submitting your order to check for missing info.
If you use Internet Explorer and Outlook your form will send automatically and you will be advised as such. Other browser and e-mail programs may enter the details into a new message window ready for you to send.
You will receive an e-mail from Muraspec to confirm we have received your order.
Please note that there are known issues with Safari browsers. We would recommend Internet Explorer or Firefox.
