Muraspec-More about our design & manufacturing

	Our wallcoverings are designed by our own in-house design team at Muraspec's design studio in Kent, England. Based on customer research findings and emerging design trends, our designers visualise ideas through pattern, colour and texture, which are then created uniquely as artworks.
	Once fully researched, artwork is then passed to the CAD team who manipulate the design for pattern repeat and ease of hanging, and separations for gravure engraving are made. Muraspec retains total in-house control of the design.
	After lab trials have successfully been completed, products are manufactured in our own factory in Kent. During manufacture every effort is made to maintain the highest quality product, and since 1990 our operations have been ISO9001 accredited, demonstrating our commitment to continuous quality improvement. We also achieved the exacting and internationally recognised ISO 14001 environmental standard in 2004, evidence of our firm commitment to environmental responsibility. Muraspec controls the total production process, from initial concepts and designs right through to finished and packaged products. The result is high quality, inspirational wallcoverings designed and manufactured in the UK, in partnership with our customers.
